IT Business Consultant for LIMS (m/f/d)
For your Global Function IT in
Frankfurt am Main, Germany
We are looking for an IT Consultant for LIMS (m/f/d) to support our Global Function IT in Frankfurt (Industrialpark Höchst).
Responsibilities
• Accountability for business applications (BA) in the area of scientific solutions and data management to define, design and implement laboratory information systems, lab data management, reporting and data/instrument integration
• Coordination of new requirements and existing solutions along an overall architecture and aligned roadmaps, resulting in an executeable and profound project portfolio
• Good communication with multiple stakeholder such as key business contacts and internal/external service providers
• Expertise in the application area and handles IT Service- and Vendor- Management processes
• Intensive work with E2E LIMS Labvantage
• Evaluation of new solutions, recommends implementation of required changes and drives for continuous improvements
• Management and collaboration on projects
Requirements
• University degree in business or information technology or comparable expertise
• Excellent process knowledge in the areas of Lab Information Management Systems (LIMS)
• Deep process knowledge in E2E LIMS Labvantage implementation and experience with instrument connectivity (LabVantage SDMS and/or LIMS CI)
• Ability to collaborate and communicate with IT LIMS product owner at technical level
• Enhanced project management skills and capable to work with an international/cross-functional team
• Good support and teamwork skills with the ability to deliver high quality results under time pressure
• Excellent analytical skills & structured working method
• Fluent English written and spoken communication skills
• Good interpersonal, intercultural, communication skills
